Dr. Gray was very patient and empathetic. He examined me thoroughly, listened carefully and discussed future treatment options in detail. I was very impressed with how carrying and knowledgeable he was.
Dr. Stephanie Clop is very knowledgeable in her field of expertise and always makes me feel OK to ask questions. She’s always forward thinking on the best alternatives for my health. I appreciate Drs. who value their patient’s perspective as well.
The medical assistants do not answer the phone nor do they call you back. My medication has been waiting for their approval for over a month and now going on two months. When I call them to inquire what the hold up is with my approval the front desk says they can see that it’s waiting for the approval and it’s just waiting for the medical assistants to approve it. They transfer me over there and no one answers. I leave a message and no one calls back. What is the point in prescribing medication, giving 3 little samples of it then never approving the medication. I shouldn’t have to drive up there to get it approved. The second issue I have is the doctor referred me to radiology to get a CT done. The insurance AND the radiology place has contacted the doctor numerous times to get more information on why it’s needed. Dr has never updated the notes to be more explanatory so I haven’t been able to even get the CT done. After I finally get my medication, I will never return here. They are disorganized and do not really care about patients.
Dr. Gray was very personable and professional. He listened to me attentively, as I told him my reasons for the appointment. He asked questions, and followed up on my responses. He probed further, and recommended next steps. I was pleased with this initial visit, and his plans for identifying causes of my problem.
My visit to the Walker Lane office yesterday was very efficient from check in to check out. My wait time in the waiting room was minimal at about eight minutes. Erin was great taking my vitals before I saw Dr Gray and assisting me back to the treatment room making sure I was comfortable and at the end worked with me to insure my next appointment fit my preferred schedule. Dr Gray was fantastic in treating me and answering my questions and advising me on pain management. Thank you Ike Felder
