I am a newer patient of the sleep center and their staff is amazing. The guy who works the front desk was so kind and informative over the phone and was even better in person. The nursing staff, nurse practitioner, and Dr. K seemed so compassionate and caring. My next appointment is at the Auburn location but I believe the same staff goes to each location.
Very bad customer service had a scheduled sleep study at 8:00 and they called me with cancellation @ 6:41 as I was on my way on the highway to them. And when I got there they told me that my sleep study was cancelled. I had to get a covid-19 test for this study and not to mention another appointment with the Nurse Practitioner, now have to be rescheduled because of this cancellation. This is no way to do business. Waste of people's time and money.
One star is a high ranking for this place. I needed a prescription for a travel CPAP. I called, got put on hold for an hour, called again and and was told to leave a message. I then drove over, to discover that the place was dark and closed. This organization isn't worth a cold pint of urine.
